Studies, research, road tests and crash tests have all helped to make the Fiat Scudo uncompromisingly safe, with the latest solutions and technology providing leading edge protection for occupants. Passengers are fully protected by a rigid safety cell and programmed crumple zones.

Active safety is exceptional, thanks to a very stiff bodyshell and sophisticated suspension for stability in all conditions. Braking is failsafe with standard Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD). An additional standard feature on the Scudo is Hydraulic Brake Assistance (HBA), a system that boosts braking force in an emergency. Every seat is equipped with an adjustable headrest and three-point seatbelt and every model has a driver airbag as standard.
